Em Torry

Devon born; Em has been a registered nurse for 37 years. She has cared for people with a variety of long-term conditions throughout that time and understands how challenging this can be for individuals on a day-to-day basis, and the stress and anxiety that can sometimes have on them.

Having a personal interest in the benefits of complimentary therapies and relaxation techniques, she is able to guide people with this, recognising the potential individual benefit that additional support may have.

Her aim is to empower and support people to manage their condition by understanding the positive impact that mindfulness, as well as breathing techniques, can have when incorporated into their daily routine.
